I'm using the TIA PORTAL V15, I was downloading and installing startdrive V15 and when I try to open a project I get the next error message:

Please install the corresponding products or upgrade;
Siemens.MC.Drives.V15_HSP47SP10:1.0.0.0.0(Packagecontainerwithoutproduct) 

I am trying to install “HSP SINAMICS firmware V 4.7.10  for  tia portal v15” to fix the problem, but everytime I try it, I get the next error message:

"The installation was aborted with errors. The TIA Portal can now be started again"

Does anyone have the same Problem?
