I am really hoping someone can help me with this. I am trying to clone a 4MB Helmholz flash card (700-952-1KM00) in an ancient Siemens FM356-4 to a spare Siemens 4MB flash card (6ES7 952-1KM00-0AA0). I do not have a PG. I did get an Omnidrive USB2 LF/SD.  I was able to read the common and attribute areas from the source Helmholz card and write the common area to the Siemens card. However, the FM356-4 does not recognize or boot with the spare Siemens card. It boots fine with the original Helmholz card. I do not have the M7-SYS software so do not have a way of formatting the card. I was assuming that copying using an Omnidrive would be a raw byte by byte copy and so the formatting would be taken care of.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction on this please?
