Hi, 

Today I ran into the same problem and i want to share what work out for me → I downloaded the newest Support Package “TIA_Portal_V20_HSP.zip” (you can find here Support Packages for the hardware catalog in the TIA Portal (HSP) - ID: 72341852 - Industry Support Siemens) and just installed the package in TIA Portal → you are looking for HSP0415. Btw for the installation you have to run TIA Portal as admin. Then it should show up in catalog and you can just change the firmware version in network view (properties → general) or add as a new device.
