Hi everyone, I got a strange issue with tia 15.1

Usally in Scout or Starter i was able to find the exact motor code plugged to a servo module.

In tia portal I can't find it, I only found the general motor code with the X ex: 1Fk7-4X00X-ect…

Where ca I find that information?? I tried online and diagnostic, but on the motor show me only the bi directional comunication…

mmmh…I was pretty sure that in scout, in the topology section we was able to see the entire code without jolly charters..
