Tip #1: Click on the Show data button so you can review the installation log(s) and find out the first ERROR during the installation process.

Tips #2: If you have other versions of TIA Portal, you will need to uninstall WinCC from the one TIA Portal version with WinCC still installed in order to install V19 WinCC as part of that installation.

I am having the same problem. 
The configuration I'm trying to install: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, TIA_Portal_STEP7_Prof_Safety_WinCC_V19. 

I have already installed .Net V3.5 and Automation_License_Manager_V6.2_SP5.

The issue still persists. 

Any other tips?

Install IIS from Control Panel - Programs & Features -> Add windows features.

There are several topics about this very same thing.

Hi, Einstein! Thanks for helping.

Here's the report of the setup:

“ERROR    AdsWorkerForeignExe::GetInstallResult():  - 1603: assuming unknown error, because return value is not in OK-list which is only defined. Please check the corresponding log file for more detailed information”

and

“ERROR   ExecutionEngine::StartNextStepAsync():  - Execution has been cancelled. Probably because of some process(es) running on the machine”

So, I stopped the antivirus during the installation process, enabled all permissions for admin users, deleted the file “PendingFileRenameOperations” in Register Editor.

It's also the first time I'm installing TIA portal in this PC.

I'm still researching, but I haven't yet discovered what process is preventing the program from installing.
