i have an issue loading the program to an SD card through the software.

I usually load the program into a logo via software, i have the necessity to load a new version of the program using an SD card but the program won't load into the SD card. I tried to format the SD cart with FAT32 and 16K but it doesn't work.

When i try to see what files are inside the SD after i upload the program is just a .bin file.

i used an intenso 8GB class10 SD card and the logo model is 6ED10521HB080BA2.

What does the LOGO! onboard diagnostics say when the SD card is inserted?

Diagnostics > Hardware > SD card

When a LOGO! program is saved as an executable program on an SD card, it is not saved as an LSC file but as a binary dump (bin.file).
The file then has the name "LOGO_U_P.bin". This is the only permitted file name.

if i try to write the program on an empty SD card i read the text "unkown card".

if i go where you told to go, diagnostic>hardware>SD card it's written "write error" (could be written in a different way because i have the logo set in italian)

Then is the SD card not correct formatted.

I have used many SD cards from different manufacturer with different capacities (2 GB to 32 GB).

I never had such problems.

I will format again then, is it possible that the class of the SD card is not "good" for the LOGO? I have the class 10 SD cards, maybe this is the problem (?)

No. I used also class 10 cards.
