Hello juan_gomez161 I'm not entirely clear on what you're trying to achieve with the USB stick and the KTP700. Could you describe your goal in more detail? Otherwise, if you want to perform a factory reset on the KTP700, please see the following link: It's possible that certain USB sticks won't be recognized. For the specific application "USB Recovery Stick," the following limitations apply: -> USB version <3.0 -> FAT32 formatting The following USB stick 6AV2181-8AS20-0AX0 should work Best regards, Costanza |

Hello juan_gomez161 I hope the USB sticks you tried are no larger than 8GB? If they are larger than 8GB, that could be the reason. Otherwise, if you used the Siemens USB stick 6AV2181-8AS20-0AX0 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/pv/6AV2181-8AS20-0AX0/pi?dl=en and the panel doesn't recognize it, I am not aware a other way to get the panel working again. The only remaining option is to send it in for repair. |

Hello, Were the USB sticks also formatted to FAT32, as Costanza specified? Best regards |

It seems that you need to replace the HMI to a new one. |
