Hello tmcbob potentially yes, and I suggest you check the two obvious reasons for this first: 1.) Node address of MM (set either via DIP switches on its Profibus board OR via P0918, see chapter 5.1 of THIS manual for more). If your MM hasa Node address that isalready in use by either the PLCor the TP, your Network has no choice but to fail. 2.) Faulty MM Profibus board (do you have a spare one?) I hope this helps |
