Micro Master setpoint problem!!!

Cerruntly I am working on a project which uses the Micro Master 440 drive, and I have set the parameters with according to User Documentation 6SE6400-5AW00-0BP0 "commissioning chapter " chapter number 3.5 (Maximum frequency is 50.0 Hz). The problem is when I give the command "ON" on digital input 1 (P701=1) and when I implement "10V" on pin 3 (analog input) , the display shows the setpoint "41.5 Hz", but with accordind to the parameter setting it should be "50.0 Hz". What could be the problem? Tomy the Master.

Dear Tomy Master, Please chck that you had make parameters as follows: P0700 = 2 "Command Source = Terminals" P1000 = 2 "Selection of frequency setpoint = Analog Input" P1080= 0 " Min. Frequency" P1082= 50 "Max. Frequency" P2000 = 50 "Referenc frequency" This value is very important. It's the value which will be equivalent to 10V if your drive setpoint is analog and will equivalent to 4000Hex. if your command setpoint is profibus. Also check that you have connected the analog signal to pins 3 & 4 of your drive. Best regards,
