Torque Problem in SLVC Mode

Puller Drive will pull the Aluminum duct from Aluminum extrusion Machine. Here I want to control the Puller drive speed based upon the Aluminum extrusion machine speed with torque.Actually I have done the following settings1. Quick commissioning and Setting Initial Motor modelP0003 – 2P0010 – 1P0304 – Motor Rated VoltageP0305 – Motor Rated CurrentP0307 – Motor Rated PowerP0308 – Motor Rated Power FactorP0310 – Motor Rated FrequencyP0311 – Motor Rated RPMP1300 – 0 P1910 – 1 (A0541 will appear at this point > see also: 2.Motor Identification using)P3900 – 1 (“busy” will appear on the BOP for approximately 1 minute or longer an very large inverters, while the motor parameters are being calculated. After this A0541 will now be flashing on the BOP. This completes the quick commissioning and the initial motor model is now complete. It was done and working.2. Motor Identification using P1910 P0625 – Rated Motor TemperatureRemove the Motor Load and Run the Drive P1910 -1 and P1910 – 3 conditionsIt was done and working.3. Parameter for SLVC P0700 - Commad Source - 2 P1000 - Setpoint Source - 72 (Analog Setpoint + Analog Sepoint 2). Two potentioal meter for Speed reference. P1300 – Control Mode – 20P1500 – Selection of Torque Set point – 0P1400 – Configuration Speed control – 1P1610 – Continuous Torque Boost for SLVC – 10P1611 – Acceleration Torque Boost for SLVC – 10P1750 – Control word of Motor Model – SLVC Open Loop to be enabled.P1755 – Start Frequency for Motor Model- SLVC – 1.5 HzP1756 – Hysterias Frequency for Motor Model – 50 DefaultsP1758 – Change over from SLVC to open Loop control 2 sec P1452 – Filter time for Actual Frequency – 4 DefaultsP1470 – Gain Speed controller for SLVC – 10P1472 – Integral time Speed controller for SLVC – 80P1488 – Droop Input Source – 2P1489 – Droop Scaling – 0.5 DefaultsP1492 – Droop Enable -1Now Aluminum machine speed increase means Puller drive speed increase automatically and Aluminum machine speed decrease means Puller drive speed decrease automatically with quick response but torque was not controlling in this mode. Here I want to control the Puller Drive Torque also. If machine speed increase then puller drive torque also should reduce and machine speed increase then puller drive torque should increase.
