Running MM440 remotely and locally

Kthalji Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	How canIparameterize my Micromaster MM440 to run in two cases , first case ( command source :terminal& setpoint source : Analog input from PLC) ,second case (command source : terminal and setpoint souce MOP +and starting from fixed frequency ). the run command will be initiated through start/stop push buttomsandtoggling between two casesvia local/remote selector switch. Regards, kthalji For your case, I think one of the solutions is to deal with command data sets. Set # 1 for first case P0700[0] = 2 P1000[0] = 2 Set # 2for second case P0700[1] = 1 P1000[1] = 1 For switching between Command Data Sets (CDS), you can use DIN4. In case of local mode,you didnot mention anything about start the speed from specific Hz for example 40Hz then rump up/down it fromMOP.

Dear Kthalji, For this case put the following parameters: P0700[1] = 2 P0701[1] = 1 "Function of DIN1: "On /Off" for remote start and stop" P1000[1] = 1 Kthalji In case of local mode,you didnot mention anything about start the speed from specific Hz for example 40Hz then rump up/down it fromMOP. You can make P1080[1] = 40 "Minimum Frequency" Also have a look on the attached picture which descripe the timing diagram for both setpoint frqueny and P1080 and actual output frequency.
