MM420 - F0002 Fault code - Alarm 910

Cpt_KirK Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	Hi, i have a mm420 driving a simple 4kw motor. I am controling the freq with an analog input. For frequencies from 0 to 30Hz the motor runs well, but for higher freq values the motor stops with a F0002!. With the motor stopped, if i set the freq to 50Hz it starts well with the ramp up time of 10 seconds but after 10/15 seconds of 50Hz steady state it stops with a F0002. Another curiosity: After one 50 Hz F0002 stop, I was working in my laptop, reading some pdfs..., but after some minutes when i looked to the MM420, magically it was working with 50Hz normnally, but alternating with A910 alarm! I did nothing! I think that the problem is related to Vdc voltage, but i don't really know what is this ! Any help ?! Thanks in advance !

Also please tell what is the application for this drive. And also please double check that the parameters of the motor has been inserted correctlly during quick commissioning. Do you have problems in the supply voltage? Specifically over voltage? Finally, Try to reset the drive to factory setting and then go to quick commissioning and enter the motor parameters and also select the command sources,...etc. And tell us what happened To reset the drive to factory setting, please follow the few steps in the picture. Cpt_KirK Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	Hi, the p1240 is in default state and the parameters for the motor are correct. The 4kw motor is connected to a gearbox that is connected to a mixer. The motor for now is working without any load ! thanks
