time synchronization

I use SIPROTEC 7UM62 generator protection andiwant to synchronize it'stime with gps receiver with IRIG B signal output (which works wellwith othere devices like SEL protections) and it doesn't work. i can't synchronize the time... everything is set as it should be but it wont work...

And is needs only to select source of time synchronization, offsets...faults, type format time... Check again?
