MMC Card installation

Vitalii Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello everybody. I've bought a new memory card 6ES7953-8LJ20-0AA0 (512 KB). I've put it in CPU and written there a program. But there is an SF and STOP LED light. Before there was a MMC 64KB with the same project and it worked (and works, when I put this old card back into CPU). I don't know what is the reason of the problem. (New MMC card was not formatted in PC and was not formatted at all - it is as I got from the factory)
