ALM Error

After installation, wheni start operating system (Windows XP Professional)i get message like in attachment, ALM starts however it does not see installed License Keys. Do You know what the problem may be? I installed latest upgrade SP5 for ALM however this did not help. Please suggest any solution to that. Best regards, Radek Attachment alm.zip (853 Downloads)

TomDeWou Platinum Member Joined: 11/15/2006 Last visit: 3/26/2025 Posts: 1319 Rating: (176)	Try to delete the following folders (if no cryptographic key is installed on your system: C:\Documents and settings\all users\Application data\microsoft\crypto\RSA\ and C:\Documents and settings\all users\Application data\microsoft\crypto\DSS\ If it is still not working disable your virus scan and firewall etc and check whether those can cause such a problem.
