drawing program for network configurations

I'm using paint at the moment but this is not easy and takes a lot of time. Is there a drawing program available? or at least a name of it? I have no experience with Cad or something, so that is not an option.. Thx

There you can add any picture (relays, stations etc) and you can draw any line.
