Ihave installed STARTER V4.2 on a computer running Windows7 and on another running Windows XP SP3. On both of them the help menu doesn't work. At start-up and also when I click on help, the window shows correctly the navigation pane at the left but the right pane shows the following message:

"¶ Navigation to the webpage was canceled
--------------------------------------------------------------
What you can try:
Retype the address."

On both computers I have reinstalled STARTER but nothing has changed.
How can I remedy this?
