Hi I have a MXG461B32-12 shuntvalve. I need some help to calibrate this.. I have followed the manual step by step: 1. setting valve "wheel" i auto position. 2. checking power supply on G and G0 29volt DC,and yes jumper to M 3. Lamp is continuous green. 4. Using my screwdriver to put in calibrate opening on print card. 5. Lamp starts flashing green. 6. It should take about 10 sec, but it flashes on and on...it dont stop 7. the "piston" is not moving, but you can hear a short buzzing inside the actuator for a1 sec or 2, and then it stops for a while. 8. When I use my finger pressing down the return spring below the piston comes out when buzzing inside starts. But the spring is very hard so I have to release it and then the piston is forced backwards. it seems to weak..? Does anybody have any clue how this can be solved? The calibrating prosess dont seem to stop, any experience with this? Yngve Splitted from Modulating Control Valve MXG 461B15 - 0.6 with PLC . |
