Spped control in position mode

So i am using position mode with external encoder. but i am facing problem in speed control to maintain loop for my application. So any idea to control speed continous in after position started and length reach. plz give me hint. thank u..

I think, Starter V4.2 is having this facility, any one know abt setpoint Pulse/Direction interface. Thank u.
