Parameter upload problem

ercanbozi Posts: 71 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody, I want to upload my 'simoreg dc master 6RA7095' parameters for back up. I connect my laptop to the drive and go online but I have message "no device identified" also I cant read the most of parameters although the laptop and drive is online. Each parameter's value is "Parameter deactivated" online mode. Another problem releated with me is when I try to go online with another drive I have a message "identified device version is 67.8" I think it mustnt be more than 3.2. So I cant upload parameters for backup. How I can solve these problems? thnks in advace
