S7-1200 in virtual XP mode

I installed it on a PC with Windows 7, and running in virtual XP mode. It is possible to write programs may HMI and PLC. It works to load the program into the PLC and I can go online to the PLC. But if I load a program into the PLC stops the communication with the HMI. Why? I can not load the program in the HMI system. Why? But I can see that the IP address of the HMI's when I search for the nodes in the system. But when I will make a down load the program to the HMI system, so it is not possible. But if I use a computer with XP installed, it works. Do I have to buy a computer with only XP to be able to program this PLC system? Or is there any update to do?

But I've tried to be online with the PLC, while I do a download to the HMI, and it seems to work.

And then you can install Simatic Step 7 Basic V11. It has worked well to program with, but to go online and download the programs have been a little more difficult. But it seems as if it dissolves.
