manmeet Gold Member Joined: 1/3/2006 Last visit: 10/7/2025 Posts: 726 Rating: (71)	@Sohaib That might be the reason but it sound suspicious too. Applying 220V damaged backplane and not the card itself. To be on safer side check panel wiring, check earthing, protect PLC and cards using UPS.

Dear m.shoaib khatana, Actually this should be happen. I waould also suggest you to design panel in such a way that 24V Section & 230 V section should be different & coulour code for the wire also should be different. So one can do this mistake easily.
