COM ET200 Read Error

NewTech Posts: 75 Rating: (1)	Hi all, I am trying to read a eprom submodule (6ES5 375-1LA41), I receive this error when i trying read the memory card using COM ET200, "Internal error: E(E)PROM tool status error" Somebody know how to solve this?? When a try read other card in Step 5 v 6.30 receive this error message: "Initialization of EPROM programmer (PROMMER) Function not permitted" I am already trying change all configurations on LPT: SPP, EPP, ECP and not function. I am using STEP5 7.23 and read normaly sub modules. I believe that the error is incorret config in MS Dos printer port Somebody knows how to solve this??

Simaticus Posts: 262 Rating: (24)	Hi NewTech, some questions ahead: What pc/pg are you using? what prommer? step5 V7.23 and/or V6.3? what version com et 200? only the newest V 4.2 is able to deal with cmos eproms like 6ES5 375-1LA41. See you

Simaticus Posts: 262 Rating: (24)	Hi NewTech, i just had to learn that com et 200 even in V4.2 is not allowed with step5 V7.2x. Latest Wins allowed are 95 and 98. Tp be sure please check with simatic custormer support... Sorry...
