jalal aldeen Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	The converter is supplied two motors with in electrical interlock system.When we are selection hoisting motion (motor1)working properly ,but in the selection gantry motion (motor2)alarm (A031&035) was shown in PMU.We checked the armature out put voltage it's (0 DCV),Then we checked the parameters(P171,P172,P181,P182,P590,P591 and P083)all of them it's OK. Also we changed the Firing board ,Field current reguilator and (CUD1) from another simillar coverter but fault was still. Finally we are disconnected the motor to tested with no load but no new result ,motor field winding resistance=32.2 and armature resistance =0.2ohm . Note :- we are uploading the complete set of parameter from asimillar converter and making downloading to this converter also no result. Please help us to fixed this problem

PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	Hello, A031 is speed controller & A035 is drive blocked. You have not mentioned about the feedback device, whether it is tacho or encoder. Please check the same.

jalal aldeen Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear PISCEAN 2010 Thanks for concern . in the case of alarm 031 this motor is open loop control (calculate the speed from armature voltage , there is no encoder or tacho. In p083 function data set 2 it's EMF.
