I have changed a controller board on SIMODRIVE 611 module
As written in the instruction I had with the new card I took the memory module from the old controller board and put it on the new one.
After swithcing ON, I have an error E A001 means no firmware installed. That's surprised me as I thougth the memory module is a EEPROM
With such error the drive is not found when starting SimoCom U software ; therefore I can't install the Firmware through the Profibus communication

Is there a way to do so, or does it mean I should only do so through the RS 485 interface?

Another question linked to that. As it seems I lost the firmware, what about the User data? Lost also?

Note :
- by using the new memory module on the new controller board I could start the machine but as there's no drive configuration and no optimize datas I can't run the machine
- old memory module was 07.02.06 and new one is 13.02.02

If the user datas are also lost, the next step will be to optimize both axis again.
But I have no glue how to do so
