Simatic oftware S7 v5.4 and S5 v7.21 while working online Dell notebook Stops working.

Shivaji Patil Posts: 140 Rating: (1)	Dear Experts, I am using Dell E6410 notebook with windows XP sp3, It has Simatic software installed on it S7 and S5. I use USB to MPI cable for S7 and Com1 to AS511 convertor for S5. I get problem while using online functions for monitoring variables with both type of PLCs.It just crashes(hangs) thenI have to switch off the Notebook with power Button and restart again. Last month I had this problem while working with CPU414 and I have lost the license key for step7. Fortunately license keys were recovered with online help from Siemens Siemens suggested to Switch of firewall.I have Mcaffe security centre. So now it has happening with Step5 also. So the question is what is wrong? Is Dell Notebbok a problem or I need to change some settins? Please find screen picture after this problem. Your help is urgently needed. Shivaji Patil Posts: 140 Rating: (1)	Dear KSN, Thanks for help, 1)For S5 I have created single processor mode for windows as directed in FAQ/link. 2) For Anti-Virus I have seen the link and downloaded the compatibility table.The fact is as per now all anti-Virus softwares are ahead with new versions,So how can we get the old versions of Anti- Virus software .e.g Trend Micro for Step7 V5.4 and SP4 .compatible one is Trend Micro Office scan Client V8.0 which I need ? Pls suggest.
