MasterDrive VC fault - F002

babkat Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have had the F002 fault on my drive a couple of times and cant seem to find the solution. I try starting a few times and get the fault. With time I try again and it will start and run good for awhile. If we shutdown, it may or may not happen again. Its getting frustrating because the drive has approximately 20 hours on it. Any ideas?

babkat Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Diwa, thanks fro replying. I have since replaced the offending drive replaced under warranty. The replacement ran for 3 days, and now I'm getting a "Safe Off". According to Siemens the replacement doesn't even have that option( it was the L20+ option they sent). Now I'm awaiting another replacement today directly from Germany. Its a 6SE7016-1EA61-Z, Z=G91. Siemens is sending a Technician in to help investigate. See how it goes....

The safe off alarm comes in the drive when a internal power supply inside the drive goes missing. Please let me know finally what happened . diwa
