It is not possible to connect one Modbus client to two Modbus servers. The new version of the block can be purchased with the same MLFB as the block that you use. The version that you use seems to be several years old, since it still uses the FB100. Never version of the Modbus product don't use FB100 any more. It seems you are setting up a new project with ModbusTCP, which means you need to purchase a license. With that license you can use the current Modbus block version.

The main thing is: have the servers got one ip address (gateway with several slaves) or are there several servers with different ip addresses. When the servers have got one ip address the parameter UNIT is used to address a distinct device. In this case the accessedregister addresses can be identical for each server or the register addresses of the servers are different because the gateway cascades them. When the servers have got different ip addresses several calls of the Modbus blocks are necessary. Even so you can use different values for UNIT. Regards, Kaulquappe
