Communication between g120 and cm1241 via modbus

Dear Experts, i am trying to communicate between cpu1214 and cu240e-2 via modbus. the fooloowing is the wiring details. cm1241 rs 485 g120 pin 3 pin 2 pin 8 pin 3 pin 5 pin 1 and termination is on, parameters on g120 drive. P0015 - 21 P2030 - 2 P2020 - 7 P2040 - 100 i am not changed p2024. after power off and power on g120, i am getting BF LED. In the PLC side i am getting 80C8 (Response Timed Out).
