Dear Experts...

Modules used : Sinamics G120 CU230P-2DP, CU240E-2DP, MM440

1. The start/Stop of the motor is from both sides, LCS(field) and the remote(DCS), and both start/stop are hardwired using 2 different digital inputs on both sides.

2. The speed setpoint for both local/remote is from DCS i.e through profibus communication.

3. Local/remote switchover is from the profibus through control word using a bit.

4. When it is in remote mode(DCS) , we can also stop the motor from LCS(Field) but cannot start from LCS.

5. When it is Local mode, we can only start/stop from the field, but not anything from the DCS. If DCS want to stop then he has to switch to DCS mode then he can do whatever.

Pl note that am using 2 digital inputs for start/stop operation using set, reset logic.

My question is .....While running the motor in local modefrom field with CDS0, if i want to stop the motor then i should take the control in DCS mode(CDS1), then allowed to give the stop command.

Present condition : when running in local mode from field if i switch to DCS mode the motor is taken OFF command automatically, and this is not allowed..

What i required : i want to hold the previous setup in running condition with last setpoint , even if i change the command data set.

so pl suggest me how can i do it by using the free function blocks or some available features.

Also here pl suggest me parameters if the profibus communication is break, here i want to run the motor at the last setpoint.
