kohl.seb Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	hi togethter, i got a large problem. a bakery asked me to repair their dough-mixer ( rührwerk ), i programmed the modul and it runs all week long, except every thursday to friday it stopps frequencly, and a don´t know why, im loosing my composure. the machine stopps, the dough in the machine has to be kneaded every few minutes that the air in is gets out. Program codes are required to identify the Porblem if you feel any problem in Program. Do you have TD with logo? if yes then have you noticed any alarm during such incident?

In your 1 post there is a clock input on the LOGO! Or do you think the LOGO! works not correct. I use a lot of LOGO!s, about 50-100 each year, anf have never a problem of that kind. The LOGO! works correct, or works never, (or the programm is not correct, but thats my fault) Check the inputs and outputs when the machine stops. You can check it on the LOGO display use Button Down several times, until the date and time is in the display. With the button Left or Rigt, you get the status of the inputs/ ourputs and so on. Perhaps there is a input or output wire not correct unther the screw. Let us know when you have solved the problem, and what was the problem.

William_B Posts: 5225 Rating: (1204)	Hi. My first thought is that a counter or timer "saturates". However, I do not see any issues with the code segment you give. Off the wall suggestion.. Is there perhaps something "special" that takes place in the factory on those days? Maybe the power to the PLC is "stolen" or interrupted? Maybe the signals coming in is sporadic.. interrupted or something like EMF noise. I do not know your environment.. so this outside the box suggestions I make to you. It would have been nice to be able to have a 2nd LOGO to check if the same happen to that unit. Good luck. w
