For Belt conveyor application, we are using Siemens G120 drive with SLVC control mode .Drive ID run completed with de coupled condition .At decoupled condition, we have operated motor different frequency condition till 50Hz.Its run without any problem.

Control Unit: CU240S DP F

Power module: PM240

After that, we have coupled the motor to the gear box and start the drive for different frequency. The actual frequency is same with set point frequency until 17Hz but if you give setpoint more than 17Hz ,the drive rotating(actual frequency 17Hz).i am getting alarm A0544 alarm when I try to run 20 Hz setpoint(it means actual and setpoint not matching ) .

Finally I can see the output frequency not increasing more than 17Hz at motor coupled condition. What could be problem is it because of mechanical load or drive fine tuning is required? Please help in this regards.
