CP443-1EX20-0EX0 all LED on

Zachar Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi Guys, I have a problem with CP443-1EX20-0EX0, after supplying it all LED are on all the time (not even blinking, on all the time) I'm trying to connect with it but I can't see it from STEP. In manual is written that when all LED are blinking it is "Module fault / system error" but it's nothing about the situation when all are on all the time. Could you please help me with that?? Rated X Posts: 1547 Rating: (129)	Hi, it seems to be a hardware fault. - Check Backplane pins about broken or shifted pin. - Check also power supply, maybe your system is too big to supply additional CP with power. - Create a small hardware setup. Put only Power supply, CPU and CP in a rack to check the hardware.

Zachar Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I checked pins (blow a little bit of air), put it back to slot and now all LEDs are blinking - according to manual it's module fault. It can not be power supply because I have here 2 redundant S7-417 (PS,CPU and CP), all with the same power supply modules. 3 other CP are working perfectly but this one is not :/ When I want to chech online HW it's witten that connecion can not be established. I did removed the old one which was giving me the same All LED blinking and replaced with new CP card, this also giving me the same problem. i am wondering is it a SIEMENS manufacturing fault, there is no remedy for any pf the errors in the document, i am finding difficulties in answering to the end user, If SIEMENS gives proper reasons for this failure and solution to rectify it !?
