LOGO 0BA7 comunication problem

jfeliper Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I have two LOGO 0BA7 communicating between them, but suddenly one of them stopped communicating.I can comuicate with the other one. FW V01.03.36 LED RX/TX Steady On Orange LED LINK Steady On Green LOGO IP: 172.26.2.224 My computer 172.26.2.200 No reply to ping LOGO can run the program by using the SD card. It's the second device that happens. I have two LOGO 0BA7 that don't communicate.

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, 1. Check your IP-Setting. The PC and all other devices must have a different IP-Adress. Lot of cases a downloads with change of the IP-Adress of LOGO!. When you don't recognice this message then the LOGO! will get a new IP-Adress. If this IP is the same then the one of a nother deevice, then you have a network adress error. If you then send a ping the device with the same IP don't answer. So connect one of the LOGO!, check the LOGO! IP and try to send a ping. Then check the second IP-Adress, and change if necessary and ping the second. Now you can connect both and both should answer the pinp. I hope this helps Helmut

jfeliper Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your advice, but the program was working properly until it stopped communicating, and works fine with other LOGOs. I have changed the LOGO IP several times. First I ping the new IP in order to check there is nothing with this IP, if there isn't response then I change the IP in LOGO. There is no ping to LOGO from two different PCs. Ping OK with different LOGO with the same cable. I tried even connecting directly without switch. No ping. Led Link is always on. Could be the IP address it uses is different than the one displayed? Is there any way to complete reset LOGO, or reload the firmware like S7-1200?

In the application that previously failed we installed a new LOGO, replacing those who failed and not communicate. The LOGO is starting to communicate very slow. Sometimes it takes 3s to arrive the signal to the other LOGO. The green Link LED is always on, even without cable. But we found a clue: If I move away 10cm the Power Supply (Power LOGO), the system reverts to communicate quickly and the Link LED starts working again normally. But both LOGO what happened to them this before have not returned to work normally. Not communicate, and the power supply is 15cm away and they have been disconnected several days. Thay all are LOGO 12/24 RCE, with Power Supply 24VDC
