The relay connected seems to protect againsto/c, wrong phase sequence, single phasing protection relay but not earth fault relay. That made me to said, sorry, this is not earth fault relay Hope this clears your doubt.

Dear piscean Please find the attach file for the CAG14 relay which is used in drawing attached by me,its a erath fault relay, i am allrady used this relay more than 3times for same purpose and its working.there is no any complain or query by my client.
