Is it possible to run 2 axis at a time with SimocomU & Starter Engineering Softwares?

I have connected a dual axis module say 2X15A with a I/R module and testing with SimocomU....

While testing I can runone motor only at a time... if I want to run the 2nd motor, I need to change to 2ndaxis in SimocomU..... My querry is that is it possible to run both the axis motor a single instance.....?
