Bokelja Regular Member Joined: 1/25/2013 Last visit: 10/9/2025 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I have measure underpressure in steam boiler with Jumo transmiter 4-20mA(-10 to +10mbar) When output signal from JUMO 4-20mA connect to the analog input 331-7KF02-0AB0 and make scaling for use that input signal in process, the following happens: e.g. On Jumo display is -0,2mbar but in PLC is -2.0mbar After that I tray next(someting not ok) Same input I connect on the analog input 331-1KF02-0AB0 with same setup and scaling(all is same) and e.g. On Jumo display is -0,2mbar and in PLC is also -0.2mbar. What is it because I have difference information in PLC ?? Similar things happen with termocouple measures...

SolutionFinder Posts: 559 Rating: (87)	You have to check out for the dongle setting at the side of Module 331-7KF02. That must be same as defined in your hardware configuration. Also check out for 2 wire transmitter or 4 wire transmitter. In 331-1KF02 you can use input as a 2 wire or 4 wire. just only wiring conenction is different. But in 331-7KF02 you have to define in hardware configuration as 2 DMU as 2 wire tranmitter & 4 DMU as 4 wire transmitter. Just checkout for the same. Best of Luck.

Check the black squares in the module sides are located to the correct locations accoding to the configuration. Use mA injector at transmitter side and inject mA and monitor your PLC and tell us if there's a diviation or not. Repeat the previous step but near to you module ( i.e. on the marshalling TB). Please feedback us.

MHasan Posts: 63 Rating: (4)	i think some more explanation is needed but, Ifthere is only the difference in decimal places like you mentioned in jumo you have -0.2 mbar and in plc you have - 2.0mbar. If that is the case then you have to check the scaling in programming.

Bokelja Regular Member Joined: 1/25/2013 Last visit: 10/9/2025 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	my mistake, situation is oposite, 331-7KF02-0AB0 is ok with PLC until 331-1KF02-0AB0 is not ok. connection PLC and transmiter is 2 wire 4-20mA. All blocks in PLC is ok but only one stuff I must chek, that is ground points, may be it is make a problem.(if system doesnt grounded very well). All every thing its ok.
