Daniel Aguiar Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	LesPaul, Unfortunetely I was testing the software and ended up putting a "Fixed Level - 1" on the "Feedback On" parameter and now I can't reset state and can't download a new configuration. As you said, I'm stuck on the(Feedback On = 1) I can't download, can't go back to factory settings and cold starts don't change it at all. "Parameter changes currently not possible due to system state. Motor is maybe in operation." I'm not on remote mode, nor sending any "On" commands, I just have the Feedback On constantly = 1. Any help would be very well received. Regards, Daniel

Daniel Aguiar Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I managed to make it work and I believe it may help everyone with similar problems: 1- Switch off the supply voltage for the basic unit. 2- Press the Test/Reset button on the basic unit and keep it pressed. 3- Switch on the supply voltage for the basic unit. The Device LED lights up yellow. 4- Release the Test/Reset button after approx. two seconds. 5- Press the Test/Reset button again after approx. two seconds. 6- Release the Test/Reset button after approx. two seconds. 7- Press the Test/Reset button again after approx. two seconds. 9- Factory settings are reset.
