Its main spindle is with AC 55 KW power motor with Yaskawa drive. External encoder is mounted on spindle shaft. Its head stock has 2 gear stages for selection of spindle RPM. Lower range 14-28 RPM & higher range 29-56 RPM. I would like to interlock the system as whenever spindle is suppost to run between 14-28 RPM, system should detect low gear stage selection & for 29-56 RPM system should detect higher range. Industive proximity swithches are used to sense gear stage selection. Regards, DEEP
