API to access Product Support from VBA

What I am looking for isa kind ofAPI that would make it possible to read product information based on MLFB from Excel VBA. Is something like this available? Thnak you for any hints!

For instance I enter in excel "6ES7314-6CF00-0AB0" and I woud like to see, that it is an S7-314C-2DP unit with certain working memory,floating point computation speed etc. This is because I would like to quickly check for our customers with older devices if we have on stock a suitable replacement. Even better would be, if there was an API even for industry mall, where I could immediately check the price, delivery time, stock state etc.
