How can i get the specs of this converter/adapter..? 2...How can i get the IP address of the sinamics drive where i want to interface with starter...? is there any software with which i could be able to get the IP of the required drive where i want to communicate.

Or mean a Adapter which connect the USB of the Drive to Ethernet? If First then you can buy every USB/Ethernet Adapter, there are no special specs needed. The IP adress of the accessble drives you get with the LifeList(Find accessible devices). With the lifelist you find the connected drives and can change the ipaddresses of the found drives.
