Newbie here. Just purchased LOGO 12/24RC module with DM16/24R expansion module for automated oil burner swimming pool heater project. I think I have adequate electrical safety measures programmed for most scenarios and am going to wire everything up this weekend. My question is this. According to Siemens literature the 24 supply input to the LOGO needs an external 0.8A fuse. I presume this is a 24v DC 0.8A (blow) fuse. The DM16/24R expansion module has to be externally fused as well but I cannot find a rating or value anywhere. Should I use the same fuse value as for the LOGO? i.e 24v DC 0.8A. Anything need to be special about these fuses? Any help greatly received. Thanks.
