Profisafe 4/8 F-DI input problem

boro_slo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, we have a strange problem with inputs on a profisafe card (138-4FA01-0AB0)... We use four chanels, (two Inputs in two chanel mode) parameters are set to: 1oo2 evaluation and 2 chanel equivalent, discrepancy time is 10ms... In short we have logical 1 on inputs and we can see logical 0 as inputs in program. We found out that in the status DB for that card we have three values set to true: PASS_OUT, QBAD, ACK_REQ... We cant reset the card without reseting the CPU, I gues it is waiting for acknowledge (ACK_REQ), how to do that in program flow, without reseting the CPU? Thank you for your answer. I am thinking what may be the reason that module goes into passivation, as I understand the first time that pair of chanels won't fall into 10ms time window (discrepancy time) ... Module goes in passivation and all inputs on that module are "0" (from user program perspective)... Until we reset the module?
