Hi, a friend of mine asked me to see if i knew whats the problem with a program he made using Logo Soft Comfort vers.7 (I think) he send me some pics and the program. I dont see anything strange in the program, besides some high contacts he put, so that he wouldn´t get the unconected contacts he mentioned me about, but wasn´t working.

The problem is this:

The program seems to be ok, if we do a simulation it works fine has it should be.

He transfers the program to the plc, everything goes ok.

Then he uploads the program from the PLC to the PC, and when he goes see if the program is ok he notices alot of unconected contacts allways the connection from the first contact to the left.

He tried to force the connections using high contacts and it worked, but then others appear uncut, so this is not a solution, I think.

Another thing we noticed is that the contacts not conected don´t exist if we do a "go to" search

And When we do a simulation on the program with the problem even the contacts with the high contact before them, if they are active they dont let the tension pass.

I hope I explained He´s problem right and I hope someone could help explain whats the problem.

Thats what I told my friend, but he said he didn´t understand FDB language and so he whated a solution for hes problem that didn´t had to go there. 

And I told him to redo the connections that wheren't appearing in PLC, he said he did that but it didn´t work.

He asked me to post this because he thinks its a software bug, or something in the program he made is incorrect.

He also said he converted from LDD to FDB and downloaded to PLC, but the problems where still there.
