Hi

I have a TP170B Color with Loader version B 5.2.2.23. I have Prosave V7.4.0.0. When I try to do a backup this message appears: 

"The desired action cannot be executed. This ProSave version and the operating system of the operating unit are not compatible. Please perform an operating system update for the HMI device ("Reset to factory settings" if necessary).

The panel that I want to restore with this backup has loader version B 6.0.2.23. 

I need earlier Prosave version i think, or do I have wrong? I only find Prosave V1.1 but it's not compatible to TP170B panels. In the old loader version B 5.2.2.23 in the panel, there are two choices in the menu, "backup" and "restore", when I press "backup" the panel ask for a storage card. Is it possible to backup the panel project into a compact flash card? If so, it's possible to upload the project from compact flash card to the panel with loader version B6.0.2.23?

Problem solved.

I used the backup/restore function in control panel with CF-card and worked fine.
