It is possible to find the schema of transistor output of digital output in LOGO 8?

I wonder it is open collector transistor and how can I manage it, in official user manual there is no info about it.

What I understand from this message is that you wish to know how the inside of the LOGO! looks like. You want to know the configuration of how the transistors are "wired".

I have not seen such a drawing showing how the transistors are used.
Better yet.. I do not know if a casual user can tell you which transistor type is used.

What I can tell you is that all the "M" connections that are paired with outputs, are in actual fact common to all outputs. You only need to connect one output's "M" to give all the outputs a reference.

I can think of only x3 reasons you would ask your question..
(a) You wish to use the same idea to protect TTL outputs of a custom board.
(b) You need to repair a damaged output.
(c) You have a device that needs NPN connection.

Maybe if we knew why you ask the question,
someone might be able to help in other ways.
