Where form the F203.3 at the programe

The attachment contains a virus " W32/HLLP.Philis.ini " The Flag F203.3 in PB214 is Bit-3 of the Encoder value converted from Grey Code to Binary. ( Possibly it is being generated repeatedly after a perticular movement of the encoder. ) Everytime Bit-3 ( 2E3 ) turns 1 ( After a cetain fixed rotation of the Encoder ) F 203.3 will turn high. I know the F203.3 is from the encoder now, the encoder is output the digital signal to program, FB100 function block will the digital signal convert to FW200( Gray code), again convert to FW202(Binary code).
