I'm trying to communicate the SINAMICS v20 with a PLC Delta, but I'm not getting. I wonder what the parameter I have to have to start the engine, to test the communication using MODBUS RTU.

Look at the PDF documentation. There is plenty information in the documentation on how the V20 is connected and what should be set on the drive.

Even the description on what action the PLC should do, may be helpful.

Also.. come in contact with the Delta guys to tell you more of their side of the equation.
