Using 0BA6 8I and 3Q Any I closes Q1 4 or more I closes Q2 The simulation works perfectly. However, two commissioned devices randomly fail to count the inputs. I've duplicated the error on the test bench. Could I have 2 faulty devices? Or could it be an AM or AT function block error? The actual program is considerably more elaborate...I've loaded just the basics in an attempt to troubleshoot the problem...without success. Ideas? Thanks for looking. Do those logos showing the error, fast counter inputs (I3-I6)? |

Although I have only one 0BA8, but since it appears that the fast counter inputs not so with the counters works as the other four inputs. Show at the attached video to see the difference between simulation and online monitoring. AttachmentTest.wmv (287 Downloads) |
