when I go to this link (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/68034568/sinamics-startdrive?dti=0&lc=en-WW) for downloading of software(startdrive v13 sp1) I ran in to a page(attached)and when I check other link i couldn't find link for downloading, does anyone have a link for downloading of start drive v13 software.

you can do nothing.

It looks that you connect from a location to which the Software can't be exported.
This is a restriction from EU.

You should contact your nearest Siemens Department if they can you provide the SW.
